David trained at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, and has trained as both an actor and a musical director. He has performance diplomas for both piano and musical theatre and lives in Toroto, Canada.

Acting credits include Life Is A Cabaret (Town Hall Theatre, Galway), GOSH! (Mycenae House, London) and New Beginnings (Trinity Laban, London). He also features as Kenneth Williams on a studio cast recording of the new musical The Boys In The Front Room.  David is featured in two shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2011: Hitler! The Musical (MD) and Not So Far To Reach: The Songs Of David Kingsmill (MD, Writer), both at Gryphon Venues at The Point Hotel.
